So originally this started a sheet of paper I taped up on the wall where I’d scribble down terms and phrases I came across that I thought might be useful for future projects. I actually started it in the last half if 2024- but after Inauguration Day it rapidly began to fill in. Gradually it took on the appearance of a geological diagram of some tortured, ancient landmass riddled with fault lines and volcanic hotspots. I like the accidental poetry that developed in certain layers.
